  • Choose what earns stamps

    Pick the food or drinks that earn stamps. Stamps are added when customers pay.

  • Choose the reward

    Set the number of stamps and what they get, such as a free coffee.

In this example, two paid coffees earn two stamps. The muffin earns no stamps. Three more coffees fill the card and earn a reward. On the next order, the reward pays for the $4.50 coffee. The extra shot still costs 80 cents. A new stamp card is ready.

Yes. Customers scan your QR code or open your link. They order and pay on their phone, then collect when you send a ready text.

Can we take preorders for training nights or club dinners?

Yes. Customers can choose a pickup time and pay ahead. You can see the orders and plan how much food to make.

Do we need a new POS or payment terminal?

No. Use the Ywait Admin app on a phone or tablet. Orders are paid online. You can add a printer for paper dockets.

Can we use Ywait at different grounds?

Yes. Add the place and time for each session. Customers use the same link to choose a session and order.

Is this suitable for school lunch delivery?
