Ywait gives customers a menu to browse, options and extras to choose, and a way to pay for pickup. They can open it from your ordering link or QR code. Your team receives the choices in Ywait Admin and taps Ready to send a collection text.
Customers earn loyalty stamps on eligible items towards rewards you choose. Menu setup and ongoing Australian support are included on every plan.
Keep the integration details clear.
Ywait online payments use Stripe or Square. A Tyro terminal is not a Ywait order-receiving device, and we do not claim a native Tyro integration. If you keep your existing counter payment setup, Ywait orders can be managed separately in Ywait Admin.
For a family’s pizza pickup, for example, Ywait records the pizzas, toppings and sides before the customer arrives. Compare that ordering workflow separately from payment costs, and check current processing terms with your payment provider.
